Lakeisha Marie Adebolu was born June 25, 1976, in Chicago, IL to Gerald J. Charles and Rosemary Ford.
Lakeisha attended Howe Elementary and Lucy Flowers High School.
Lakeisha married her love Afolabi on May 10, 2019. Lakeisha loved her family and friends, especially her daughter Sierra who proceeded her in death and her grandchildren who brough her so much joy. Lakeisha dedicated her life to caring for people at Sheridan Village in Chicago, IL.
Lakeisha was proceeded in death by her daughter Sierra Ford-Raji, Grandmothers Ruthie Christy and Charlotte Charles, Great Grandmother Ruby Campbell, Brother Gerald Ford, uncles Carl Christy and Roosevelt Sanders, Aunt Rose Campbell, and Godmother Nancy Cross.
Lakeisha left behind to celebrate her homegoing: her husband Afolabi Adebolu, Mother Rosemary Ford, Father Gerald Charles, Grandfather Joseph Christy, Grandchildren Makiya Binion and Terrance Coats Jr., Brothers Andre (Toni) Ford, Christopher (Kathy) Ford, Kevin (Alicia) Charles and Tillman Charles , Sister Jenna Marie Pranke and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friend and coworkers.
