Gabriel Akerele

Gabriel Omatalo Akerele was born December 15, 1926 to Abigal Akerele who preceded him in death. Gabriel leaves one sibiling Lydia Akerele.

Gabriel Omatalo married Juanita Akerele-Johnson and to this union five daughters were raised.

Gabriel was faithful member of First Christian Church. Gabriel Omatalo received his education at Vennard College and Roosevelt University. Gabriel then went on to become a minister and retired from Rosen Bakery.

Gabriel was a loving grandfather, devoted pastor, father, and friend. He enjoyed attending church, playing the lottery, and spending time with family.

Gabriel Omatalo is preceded in death by his parents. He also to cherish five daughters: Denise Akerele, Tammy Akerele, Tafarra Thomas (Mark), Deborah Johnson (Craig), and LaSaundra Akerele; 19 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
